Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Security and Networking Cabling Service/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security and networking cabling systems for both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure security camera systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Set up and maintain structured cabling systems, including fiber optic and wireless networks.
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation locations and cabling pathways.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in security and networking cabling installations.
• Knowledge of various cabling types, including CAT5e, CAT6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables.
• Familiarity with security systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
